Whisky Peach Smash - Dale DeGroff

Dale DeGroff is known as King Cocktail for a good reason – he is a true legend! Here’s Dale’s take on the whisky smash.

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Curaçao
• 2 peach slices
• 3 lemon wedges
• 4 or 5 mint leaves

In a rocks glass, muddle the peach slices and lemon wedges with Curaçao. Add the mint leaves and the Bourbon. Shake well and strain into a Rothko Double Rocks Glass filled with ice. Garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig. Enjoy!
