All the tins were missing the wood chips and the box was damaged on delivery. I tried to email the company and got zero response. Terrible

Ordered for a 65th birthday gift. Custom engraving is great, although they could not do the picture i requested, but was still charged for. Pre-shipment label was created 23 Feb, On 26 Feb it still hadn't shipped, nothing on the 28th, on 29 Feb I was told they were trying to find it, if they could not, they would expedite a new order. They either found it or did make a new order. It arrived 7 March for his 65th birthday on the 8th. He is incredibly pleased with his kit! It was stressful trying to ensure the gift would arrive in time.
Excellent Valentine's Day gift for the BF
