Spirits with Smoke has collected some of the best locally made, small-batch cocktail bitters on the market. Locally made, Black Cloud Bitters add complexity and imbue spirits with a rich aroma, flavour and colour.
This infused Mocktail was everything! The infusion of the fruits mixed with other juices do not take away from the flavours of the fruits that were used to make this tropical fruit smash. You can taste every last flavouring of each fruit used to make this flavour and I love that no matter what I used to create this mocktail, I was still able to taste the fulness of the fruits.

Super Easy to Make at Home
This inflused Cocktails & Mocktails kit is the perfect pick-me-up to the end of my very long and tiring work week and start to the weekend. I like playing with different flavours so I used mango juice for that extra tropical flare because I wasn't ready for summer to be over just yet. Love the list of natural ingredients. This simple concoction is perfect for when you're entertaining guests.
This drink, with ice and slices of lime, without a doubt had a bit of tang, it tasted sweet and citrusy with a slight hint of heat. I added a splash of vodka (as that's all I had on hand) to see what it tasted like as an alcoholic drink and the bitterness balanced out the sweetness making it so refreshing and delicious!!!
Thank you @thisisbutterly and @spiritswithsmoke for giving me the opportunity to try for free for my honest opinion. It was super easy and fun to make. Cheers!!

Enjoyed the Taste
This is a fun way to add a little tropical twist to your cocktails, whether you’re serving company or just treating yourself. It’s especially useful if you only have ordinary alcohol on hand, but you want to jazz it up.
For my concoction, I used a glass jar with a suction lid, adding vodka and a little tonic water. After adding the infused bag, I kept it sealed for three days, stirring or shaking on occasion to help release the flavours.
When it was time to serve, I added sliced oranges (I do not recommend putting any fruits into the drink while it is in its distillation period, though).
The taste was vastly improved, when compared to just plain vodka and tonic. It was sweet, but not syrupy. I could definitely taste the orange flavour even before I garnished with fruit slices. It’s a drink mixture that works well for almost any occasion pairs well with entrees or main courses.
