Very disappointed with what was delivered.

This was a birthday gift for a friend. The box was damaged when I first opened it. The balsa wood box was cheaply constructed so I didn't think much of it. I was not too upset about that. I should have inspected the contents inside the box before giving it as a gift. All 3 tins that were supposed to have smoking chips in them were empty. Finding this out after I gave it to my friend. There was residue/wood dust in one of the tins, so I know it had to have been full at some point. I am emailing the company to ask they make this right. Hopefully their customer service is better than the product delivered.
